Sunday - 60 minutes of Step

Monday - 30 minutes of Master Step
(I only take half a class because the twisty turny moves are hard on my knees)
30-45 minutes of Weightlifting

Tuesday - Off

Wednesday - 60-80 minutes of Hip Hop Cardio Jam

Thursday - 30-45 minutes of Weightlifting
30 minutes of Elliptical

Friday - Off

Thursday - 30-45 minutes of Weightlifting
30 minutes of Elliptical
OR
60 minutes of Step
30 minutes of Elliptical

 

Weightlifting Routine -  3 sets of 12-15 each

Inner Thigh - 110 pounds
Outer Thigh - 70 pounds
Lat Pulldown - 65 pounds
Chest Press - 40 pounds
Seated Row - 45 pounds
Shoulder Press - 20 pounds (my true weakness)
Hamstrings - 40-50 pounds
Leg Extension - 40 pounds
Leg Press - 100 pounds
Tricep Press - 60 pounds
Biceps - 12-pound free weights,
bicep curls and hammer curls until muscle failure
